Paula began her career in Real Estate in 1996 as a personal assistant to a Real Estate team, then headed the Rental Division and after joining Lahaina Realty in 2002 as a Realtor, was offered the opportunity to purchase the company. In 2023 she decided to merge with ERA to provide an unlimited amount of tools to enhance the real estate experience.
